Q. Do you set up and take down the displays?
A. Yes, we provide full service deliveries. We take care of set up, take down and pick up. You don't have to do a thing except pick up the phone to place your order.
Q. What time are deliveries made?
A. Deliveries can be made during the day while the recipient is at work or after dark before 10:30 p.m. Sometimes we set up several displays within a 2 hour period. For this reason, we do NOT guarantee exact delivery times.
Q. Does someone have to be home when the display is set up?
A. No. We can set up early morning or during the day without someone being home.
Q. What time are the displays picked up?
A. Displays are picked up at different times depending upon our schedule and the arrangements made in advance with the customer. Please do not remove the display yourself.
Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver to most parts of southern Palm Beach, Broward and northern Miami-Dade Counties, Florida. Refer to Pricing for details. Refer to for other businesses in areas we do not service.
Q. How are the signs set up?
A. Our signs are installed with small stakes in the ground.
Q. What are your signs made of?
A. Our signs are made of corrugated plastic, which is widely used in the sign industry.
Q. Do you have lawn letters?
A. Yes, we have large letters that spell out the words "Happy Birthday" and "Happy Anniversary" or any message you would like. Refer to Services for details.
Q. Can I mix and match signs?
A. Yes, you may mix and match our characters based upon availability.
Q. May we keep one of the smaller signs as a souvenir?
A. No, all signs are rented for a specific period of time and are the sole property of Cards 4 Yards. Please do not attempt to remove any of the signs.
Q. Do you have stork signs to announce births?
A. Yes, we do. A yard stork is a wonderful way to announce the birth of a new baby. Our birth announcements include the baby's name, DOB, height and weight. If there are siblings, we include a male or female smiley to include them in the wonderful occasion.
Q. How far in advance should I order the lawn decoration display?
A. Three day notice is best to make sure you get the display you want, but we can perform same day service based on availability.
Q. Do you deliver in bad weather?
A. We do deliver in rain. If inclement weather prevents us from delivering, we can either reschedule or refund your money. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high wind and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Orders are placed by phone only. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. All payments must be made prior to delivery. Refer to Contact Us to request additional information or if you would like us to contact you.
